What Makes Art Good?
Good art is merely defined as being a piece of art that you cannot keep looking at. A piece of art is successful if as you remain in the room with it, your eye is drawn to it over and over again. Art is for the eye,
it's only purpose is to draw one's eye. Good art pleases, it makes you feel good. If is is colorful, it's colors are a joy to behold. If it is whimsical, it makes you smile. A piece of art is good when you never every tire of looking at it. Do you have art in your possession that makes you feel this way?
