If you look at the painting from a distance it appears to be a man Muddle sleeping. He has bright blue hair, a closed eye,  orange face and a yellow chin.
His brother BeaKron is a bird with spectacles, bright wine color hair and a silver grey body.
He appears to be studying his brother while he sleeps.
Now if you look at the painting closer, as in this photo of it, you see a slightly different scene.
You see the same BeaKron but now it appears a man with an orange shirt, gold pants and a brown sash is entering the painting.
Beautiful colors. 
The painting can be rotated another way and shows another scene, hence the two signatures
