From Macrocosm to Microcosm Ode to de Kooning's Excavation  36" by 48"  $2,000,000

This is a painting that does not photograph well at all. 
The beauty of the painting lies in the myriad exquisite little creatures which are too delicate to really be seen in a photograph.
It must be viewed in person and head on to see it's true beauty and it is truly one of my favorite paintings.
The title is a tribute to de Kooning and his masterpiece Excavation also filled with creatures.
