Thought is about the creation of all there is through the concentrated focus of mind. The more thought concentrated, the faster the creation. In this way beautiful flowers emerge as we see the creation energy focusing the color blue in the flower before the man in profile. You can see his electrical thought energy rooting down into the substrate below him. If you look at the mans head you will also see the outlines of buildings in a future city the man is creating through his thought. Out of all of my paintings this is my favorite, also the colors are exquisite in it. Colors - Lime Green, cream, dark brown , linen tan and cerrulean blue.

Looking to the left of the painting you see a huge Warlock with purple hair and his Witch wife below him. In the center of them and in the center of the painting, you see their daughter with a green headpiece and brown tail looking longingly back at her young love. The object of her affection is also accompanied by his two parents both with bright blue hair. Their son has a green bill, a blue eye and a brown body. He is making direct eye contact with his Juliet with a pining expression. She is an only child princess from a rich powerful family, while he is lost among the tangle of his siblings, including the twins, the show off older brother and the family pet monkey. At the very bottom of the painting is the evil witch who cast the spell of separation of the two lovers. She has a very large blue face and golden hair And since this is a parade of Witches and Warlocks there are at least 25 to be found in this painting. See if you can find them. The colors are pastel colors, pink, green blue, brown , yellow and purple.

This is by far one on my favorite paintings. Look at the big figure standing in profile, the expression on his face is just spot on, a mixture of anger, resentment and it's not fair captured with just a few lines of paint. The fish signifying his brain also is a mirror duplicate of this same expression and totally captivating. Beautiful expression also on his brothers face who is an orange lion talking with his mother who is in profile with her hair in a bun. All the work mental work as in real life goes on the head.

If you look at the top of the painting you will see the clowns eyes, one wide open to the excitement and one closed in weary jadedness to the sameness of each and every day spent in revelry. In the bottom left hand corner you will a little girl with pigtails dreaming of the circus tent which stands over her head. In the very center you see an adoring Jack in the Box staring up at the clown. Don't leave your head is about the fact that although we might dance through our lives in complete ignorance of our true spiritual nature, as mind creates reality only through our thoughts we cannot leave our head behind it is forever and irrevocably attached to our reality.This is truly an illusionistic painting. By this I mean the image in the painting changes whenever the viewer changes their distance from the canvas or the angle they are viewing the painting from, even the height on the wall they view the painting at. The basic painting is a man' s head separated from his torso in his hurry in life to get where he is going. The head is tethered to the body with a fine string and encased in a balloon. The head can be seen as a chipmunk head, a sugar glider head (viewed forward), or of a Frenchman with a beret on or a Arabic man wearing a Keffiyeh (viewed backward) The body can be seen as running with a tray, or from a different viewing perspective, as dancing. From another perspective you can also see the body turn into a dancing Tasmanian Devil. Taz When the size of the picture is shrunk small the leaf in the right top becomes 3D. The symbol Om can be seen clearly in the head Truly a very cool painting, if I do say so myself. And I do,smile

Truth is the physical embodiment of absolute divinity.The Truth spoken of is eternal truth and love is the only absolute truth.If you look closely at the center of this painting you will see a horse. It was not until years after I completed this painting that I noticed it myself. The metaphysical meaning of horse is freedom and freedom is what you receive upon knowing Truth. Always circular, what you receive you know and what you know you receive.

What is a little hard to see in a photograph of this painting, is very easy to see in real life viewing. The apricot of the painting is filled with morphing figures. Look at top of reflecting pool to see women's head in profile. A large wolf is very obvious that morphs into a man or alien looking downward. It is quite cool, and the color of apricot is absolutely exquiste. When you do things from your soul, you feel a river moving in you, a joy. - Rumi

Everytime I look at this painting it makes me smile.Look for the pretty lady in purple at the top left of the painting with her hand on her hip looking at the manatee with a purple eye swimming on blue water. While the man sees himself as overweight or undesirable the woman sees only his hunkiness as we see perspective can give very incongruous readings. Why do you walk when you have wings-Rumi

Cross is about the morphing of reality brought about by observation and attention.My favorite part of the painting is the cross morphing into the angelfish .By my count I can find 11 faces and creatures in this painting.We also see two faces watching the metamophisis. One a man and one an alien who is blowing the 3 circles of creation that start the morphing. Always always gentle creatures as we progess to kinder gentler society.

Independence always requires incredible strength, and is usually never achieved unless the pursuer of it is able to tap into it. If you look at the bottom right of the picture you will see ships setting off artillery fire which can be seen as transparent blue streams of light in the night. Blue because although some freedom battles must be fought it is still with bue sadness that some death is invariably resultant.If you look at the right hand side of the painting you will see the ghost a US Navy Sailor with a distinctive WW2 Sailor's Cracker Jack Tally Pancake Flat Hat Cap looking down on the ships from the sky.

The ghostliness of the ship can be seen as the pilings from a pier are clearly visible through the ship, and you can see the searching eye very clearly as it casts itself forever looking at bottomless ocean

Church is a satirical look at organized religion that deems everyone elses view of the spiritual as wrong, and rigidly declares only their religion is true and those that have other beliefs are doomed to eternal hell. This is a bad picture of a bad picture with it's heavy clashing colors in a heavy gilt (guilt) frame. The frame is cropped out of the painting here.

This picture was painted one full year before 911 but brings up the day perfectly.It is a perfect example of prescience. Although some of it is very sad, like the blood you can see pooled on the ground, it is to honor our brave protectors, the firemen and policemen which are depicted by strong trees, one leading the way and the other having our backs. The twin towers are easy to see and if you look at the top of them you will see the explosion when the airplane hit. You will see God depicted by a smiley face with his smile wiped off looking down on the scene. What is lost here in this picture because it was cropped but is in the origina painting is the devil in the upper left hand portion of the painting standing with his trident, you can see half of him here all of him in the uncropped painting.

Looking at the painting "Fallingwater a Tribute to Frank Lloyd Wright" side by side with a photograph of the actual Fallingwater, we can see the remarkable similarity even though the first painting was painted as a complete abstract. We also see the same color scheme and same falling water :). Living in Pennsylvania for almost my entire life I guess it was only natural for me to pick up something I have heard referred to as architectural genius all my life, and also something so very beautiful! Beautiful muse, beautiful painting.

The large bunny has a black eye, the small bunny has a brown eye and two tiny upturned brown feet. They are sitting in some sort of car and since they appear to be enjoying themselves I am going to say it is an amusement park ride. The small bunny is enjoying herself very much while the large bunny is leaning in towards her. This is a spirit painting meaning that I did not intend this picture it is a picture that came up unbidden. It is such a happy picture I really love it.

Phantom Spitfire is about the tremendous and unrecognized courage of our military whose acts of bravery are mostly left unseen.This is a ghost of a World War 2 Spitfire Airplane. If you look at the lower right hand corner of the painting you will see the face of the airplane looking up and backwards. His face is yellow and he has two blue wings and you are viewing him from above. He is a phantom because you can see directly through him to the ground. This painting is very compelling and actually gives you vertigo when you look upon it in it's original form. It is a very cool painting

Ar first glance it this painting appears to be merely a swirl of pink, but if you study it, the image will come up. As a great admirer of quantum physics I was over the moon when I "observed" this image I painted. If you look closely at this painting you will the dichotomist representation espoused by Schrodinger. Dead cat and live cat, good Pillsbury Doughboy, bad Pillsbury Doughboy. One can even see the observer in the left middle of the picture watching. The wonderful part is I did not paint any of this in, it all just appeared while I was painting

This particular painting I titled Marriage. It is the marriage of the old and the new in Art. The old a knight bridegroom, with a happy go lucky look on his face. The new an alien bride with a pious sour look on her face as she appears to sacrifice herself to this marriage. The preacher is a beautiful purple horse of some sort seen on the left hand side of the painting. If you look beside the couple you will see a candle lit for the marriage ceremony throwing light on the union. You will also see a wedding guest at the very bottom of the left hand side of the painting. Most important of all if you look carefully at the bottom right hand side of the painting, right below the couple, you will see the future child of the marriage an animal curled in sleep and waiting to be born. Look for his eye first and his shape should become apparent to you. As it is set in a futuristic setting the future is absorbing the old and by the fusion of marriage, evolving into the now.

Looking at my new painting Possum for the last couple of nights and I see that it comes alive at night. Now it is pretty viewed in daylight, but at night it glows like jewel with an inner radiance that compels the eye to it like a magnet. My painting are abstract and the feeling of the painting is what the painting is about, and even though I have never seen a possum in person,the painting was just, a possum. When I awaken this morning it dawns on (get it dawns on me) I think aren't possums nocturnal animals? I Google it and yes indeed they are nocturnal animals. So once again I am amazed things, are much curiouser in this earthy life than most of us realize. When the painting feels to be a possum and that painting comes alive at night just like a possum, well that is too cool for words.

Muddled Ingress is about the confusion man is beset with in choosing the correct life path for himself. If you look at the top left hand portion of the painting you will see the face of a man. Surrounding him are the myriad pathways he may choose to reach his desired life goal. It is the confusion of paths that may or may not be taken in life, and the tremendous angst one feels before embarking on a new path by agonizing over which is the correct path to take. One must embark into newness joyfully and without trepidation instead of being drawn into muddy colored pathways to reach desired financial security. It is and always has been, the joy of the journey for when you enjoy the journey it will always invariably have a great end. By the way the path that feels good to your heart is always the correct one. Feels good, is good.

If you look at the right of the painting you will see a huge blue poodle a stuffed animal with a sprung nose. He is barely tall enough to see over the table where he is playing a game of jacks. As he plays with his playful energy he is bringin a red poodle between him and the jacks to life and we see it rising from the table. While the blue poodle is all inocence it is yet to see what the red poodle will become.

In this painting you will see our same star peeking through the slightly opened curtain at his audience with a slight apprehension on his face. Is this what he really wants? Can he really do this is symbolized by his upside down reflection in the blue Christmas tree at the bottom. Fame is a huge Christmas present but is not for the faint of heart.

The expression of opposites, for without the opposite of itself nothing can be defined. If you look at the bottom right of the painting you will see the female form portrayed as female with her large presence representing her fecundity for without it new life would not be possible. Although woman are usually portrayed as the weaker sex the strong backbone of the female shown her indicates that is certainly not the case. Females protect their young and their mates emotionally and physically. You will see the male portrayed as a prickly porcupine which attest to man's often stand off nature of all things he perceives as weakness in caring. Notice women the male is standing on the females back so even though it might not seem it at times , he really does have the females back :)

If you look at the painting you will see Ziggy with arms outstretched flying through the famous tunnel of light oft reported in near death experiences. You see his brilliant orange hair and his famous star on his chest. You will also see the circle on his forehead duplicated 4 times. As with all of my paintings I never intend subject matter it only makes itself apparent somewhere in the creation time. I only realized this was David myself after I had an uncontrollable urge to paint the red star on his chest and I heard of his death hours later.

A new take on a very old fairy tale. If you look at the upper left hand corner of the painting you will see the prince portrayed as a gentle horse with beautiful piercing blue eyes. You can also see a green fish being drawn up to the Prince's paw in the left hand corner of the painting.

Jesus preaches is about turning the light on to banish the darkness or soul staining of self flagellation and by doing so being able to evolve spiritually to the next level.If you look at the bottom right hand side of the painting you will see Jesus with his back turned to the viewer with arm outstretched and long aqua colored hair with a white swirl on the back of his robe, preaching to a red man on the the left. The white swirl I take to be the holy spirit. Above in the sky you will see kittens reigning down from the sky. In the hem of Jesus's robe you will see a tiny perfectly formed cat sitting in the grass. If you look at the red man you will also see an eye underneath his arm. If you look closely at the painting there are many more to see. It is a very complex image.
