If you look at the left side of the picture you will see a side profile of a mans  head with the genie emerging and being one with it's eye.  
The eye is actually part of the genies body.
They meld together
In the upper left hand corner you can see a tiny astronaut, and many other faces throughout the canvas.
If you look at the man's throat in almost the middle of the painting you will see a tiny house with a path leading up to it.
This has great significance for me as the path to the house is located at the throat chakra and the throat chakra for myself personally is my point of bliss or joy.
