Over the course of my life, I have discovered three great

creative loves:

Each springs from the same source—a fascination with

beauty, meaning, healing, and the unseen dimensions of

life.

My metaphysical art has been explored extensively

throughout this website, so I will begin here by sharing

the story behind my bracelets and pillows.

Unlike my paintings, they are created with intention.

They are expressions of color, form, energy, and

symbolism—small works of art designed not only to be

seen, but also to be experienced.

But come on, there's also a lot of metaphysical

unintention in them also, cause where would the fun be

if they were not

First, let me tell you about the bracelets

A bracelet is a mini - energy system that allows you to

carry it around with you wherever you go.

Because you are wearing it as a bracelet, it sits right on

your pulse points.

In crystal healing, wrist placement allows the mineral's

energy to flow directly into your meridian lines, helping

you clear out internal blockages and stay anchored

through sudden daily shifts.

Wearing the bracelets on your right wrist creates the

environment around you.

Wearing the bracelets on your left wrist draws their

energy back into your own personal energy system.

Both are very good.

Generally I prefer to wear my black bracelets on my

right wrist as it takes negativity out of the environment

surrounding me.

And I like to wear bracelets on my left hand that I feel I

need to change my vibrational energy to.

Crystals Bracelets as Frequency Tuners

Everything is frequency.

From a metaphysical perspective, all of life can be understood as vibration expressed in countless forms. When our natural frequency becomes blocked or disrupted, we can feel out of harmony with ourselves, much like a musical instrument that has drifted out of tune.

Crystals are often viewed as frequency tuners—reminders of balance, clarity, and alignment.

The higher one's frequency, the lighter and more harmonious one's experience of life may become.

Perfection is the highest frequency.

It is the frequency of wholeness.

The frequency of the Divine.

The frequency of Buddha Nature.

The frequency of pure being.

The journey, then, is not one of becoming something new, but of removing the blocks that obscure what is already present.

Dense, heavy, and limiting thoughts can be seen as frequencies that pull awareness away from its natural harmony. As these blocks are released, the underlying frequency of clarity, peace, and wholeness is revealed.

The perfection of frequency is light.

The golden light.

Not something added from outside, but something uncovered from within.

Like a bell that rings true when struck, the soul resonates most beautifully when it is free to express its original nature.

This version preserves the mystical and spiritual tone while giving it a more poetic, contemplative flow. It reads less like a list of statements and more like a meditation on the idea of frequency, light, and awakening.

Crystals Are a Frequency Tuner as we see in a Quartz

Watch Or a Quartz radio, where Quartz is the crystal

and it is put under pressure or squeezed to cause it to act

like a tuning fork.

So in turn, Bracelets Made of Crystals Also Tune Your

Frequency and the Vibration Energy of Your Body and

Energy Field, each with their own specific vibration and

frequency inherent in the structure of the crystal.

Here is a explanation of the Metaphysical Properties of

crystals, particularly in bracelet form.

Everything is energy, which consists of vibration and

frequency - all colors possess a specific frequency -all

shapes (remember, we talked about the inherit intention

of form ) -so all forms have a specific frequency and all

matter has a specific frequency.

So when you mix the three frequencies of color, shape

and form you produce a specific melody, a song.

They’re are literally billions of combinations.

These bracelets are custom-made with your specific

intent in mind.

Now generally if you want to alleviate something you

pick the opposite vibration of it to tune to.

So if you want to alleviate stress, you choose its opposite

of calm.

For a specific example.

Blue is the frequency of calm, a Howlite crystal's

structure is the frequency of calm, and the image of a

dove is a symbol of calm and peace.

So to achieve the ultimate vibration of a calm in a

bracelet would be a bracelet that incorporates Howlite

crystal, the color blue and a Dove Bead .

Then you can also add in all sorts of variables to make it

even more powerful, including increasing the size of the

stones, making sure some of the stones are touch stones

and putting in even more stones that vibrate with the

frequency of calm or color blue.

Now since you are looking to alleviate a condition, you

look to the opposite, the opposite of calm is stress, so

people that are hoping to reduce their stress would use

this type of calming bracelet and so it goes for millions

and millions of different things you would like to change

frequencies about.

Colors can be selected to support a particular intention.

Bright orange may feel energizing and uplifting, while

pale pink or soft blue can evoke a sense of calm, healing,

and tranquility.

For healing work, the color, form, and structure of a

stone are often chosen to correspond with a particular

organ or aspect of well-being.

Different stones have long been associated with different

qualities and areas of the body.

The White Zuni Bear, for example, is regarded as a

symbol of universal healing, while other stones may be

selected for their traditional associations with the

kidneys, liver, heart, or other organs.

In my experience, larger crystals and beads often possess

a stronger presence than smaller ones.

Their size allows them to command attention and create

a more substantial visual and tactile experience.

I am especially fond of flat stones, which I refer to as

touchstones.

Their purpose is twofold.

First, they serve as a point of visual focus.

One can gaze into the stone in quiet contemplation,

much as people once used the scrying stones of old.

Second, they invite the healing sensation of touch.

Running one's fingers across the smooth surface can be

deeply calming, grounding the mind in the present

moment and encouraging relaxation.

I am also drawn to raw stones—crystals that come

directly from the earth with minimal human

intervention.

While they may be cut and shaped enough to make them

wearable, they retain much of their natural character

and beauty.

One of the most fascinating aspects of wearing a raw

stone is watching it change over time.

As it is worn against the skin, it often appears to become

increasingly translucent and luminous.

I find this transformation captivating, as though the

stone and the wearer are gradually entering into a quiet

conversation with one another.

Price's of bracelets are set according to the rarity and

thus the subsequent high cost of the stone, and also the

size, as the larger the size ,the more expensive the bead.

One of the reasons I enjoy creating these bracelets is that 

I like to name them, just as I do my paintings.

Almost all of my larger bracelets are completely original, 

one-of-a-kind creations. 

The smaller bracelets are sometimes repeated, but the 

larger pieces are often unique works unto themselves.

This bracelet is one of my larger designs. I have priced it

 at $75—not my most expensive piece, but certainly a 

lovely one.

And really, come on—the bracelet even has a name! 😊

Sun-Grown Citrine Bracelet

When held up to the light, the sun seems to glow right 

through the natural, untreated citrine, giving the bracelet

 a warm and luminous presence.

It features not one but two butterflies.

The larger butterfly is carved from Caramel Jade, while

 the smaller blue butterfly is Amazonite.

Butterflies have long been symbols of transformation, 

renewal, and positive change, making them a meaningful 

addition to this design.

The orange coin-shaped stones are Magnesite, one of my

 personal favorites. 

It possesses a bright, cheerful energy that always seems 

to lift the spirit.

The rectangular stone is Brown Lava Stone, a beautiful

reminder of our connection to the earth. 

Formed from cooled volcanic lava, it carries the story of

 immense natural power and transformation. 

After all, there are few forces in nature more dramatic

 than the eruption of a volcano.

The small coffee-colored beads are Coffee Hematite, a 

stone often associated with grounding, balance, and 

stability.

Together, these elements create a bracelet that feels

 warm, earthy, uplifting, and alive with the spirit of 

transformation.

Although they are all still genuine stones and all have

excellent healing abilities they are less expensive stones

with usually only two to three different types of stone

on a bracelet.

All my bracelets are priced according to the value of the

stones and the size of the stones.
